Would you like to know how to sleep better?

That's what I want to help you with and I've got the perfect guest to help me. In today's podcast I'm chatting with Holistic Psychotherapist and Author, Keri Nola. Keri's book 44 holistic tips for peaceful sleep is a real gem if you are looking for ideas on how to sleep better. And, it's a nice quick read too - well worth just getting your hands on!

Today's podcast chat (and Keri's book) is ideal for people who:

  • Appreciate natural and holistic remedies for resolving sleep challenges
  • Have difficulty falling asleep
  • Have difficulty staying asleep
  • Experience restless sleep
  • Feel tired upon waking
  • Have low energy at points during the day
  • Fear bedtime because of a history of sleep difficulties
  • Have difficulty relaxing the mind at bedtime
  • Have difficulty relaxing the body at bedtime

During our chat, Keri shares many of her tips from her book including some really interesting ones that you might not expect.... listen out for the one with the rocks!

Keri also dives into some of the more emotional reasons that we might not be sleeping easily, things that I would refer to as our head trash.

Once aspect we talk about quite a bit, and which cropped up in my chat with Chel Hamilton a few weeks ago, was the idea of letting go of our thoughts and not judging what's happening in our heads.
